I’m a Reiki Master, Human Design Expert and Frequency Mentor and the heart behind Align in Essence. My business was born in 2016 out of a deep love for holistic health and a fierce belief that you get to be the expert of your own body, energy, and life. Since then, it’s grown alongside me from a little side hustle into a soul-led business grounded in energy, embodiment, and evolution.
As a 2/4 Sacral Generator, I’ve been immersed in my own Human Design experiment for the past 5 years. It’s given me a permission slip to fully own who I am and now, that’s what I offer you.
Through Reiki and Human Design, I support you in clearing the noise, tuning into your body, and creating real alignment with how you’re uniquely designed to thrive.
I’m deeply passionate about helping women understand their energetic blueprint and integrate it into daily life not just for themselves, but for the ripple effect it creates. I believe this work shapes the next generation, which is why I am also passionate about teaching you how to parent with Human Design. It gives parents and children the language and tools to honour who they truly are.
