I’m Rachel, Reiki Master, Human Design Expert, and Frequency Mentor. I’m also the heart behind Align in Essence, a soul-led business I began in 2016, born from a fierce belief that you get to be the expert of your own body, energy, and life.
I’m a 2/4 Sacral Generator, and I’ve been deep in my own Human Design experiment for over five years. It’s changed everything – the way I live, parent, heal, and serve. And now, I guide women through that same remembering.
Through Reiki, Human Design, frequency medicine, and energy mentoring, I support you in tuning back into your own essence. Clearing the noise, embodying your truth, and creating real alignment.
You can work with me through 1:1 sessions, energetic oil blends, or digital tools designed to help you live and lead from your unique blueprint. I also teach parents how to understand their children through Human Design, creating homes where everyone is honoured for who they truly are.

Rachel Hawyes is the founder of Align in Essence – a spiritually grounded healing business blending Reiki, Human Design, sound healing, essential oils, and frequency therapy. She is known for her signature Holistic Energy Healing sessions that combine energetic insight with embodied integration.
Through 1:1 sessions, digital tools, and frequency-based products, Rachel helps women reconnect with their energetic blueprint and live in a way that’s gentle, grounded, and guided by their own inner knowing.

Why Human Design as a Starting Point?
The meaning of Human Design – the reason it matters – is that most people are walking around completely disconnected from how they’re built.
We’re all trying to force ourselves into the same pace, the same decision-making strategies, the same ideas of success. And for some people, that works… but for most, it creates chronic exhaustion, confusion, and a deep feeling of ‘what’s wrong with me’?
Human Design is such an incredible reflector. It shows you:
– This is why you feel what you feel.
– This is why that thing drains you.
– This is why *your* yes feels like *this* in *your* body.
– This is why your child seems to be wired completely differently to you (hi. I see you mama)
And when you see all of that…you can stop trying so hard to be everything to everyone. You also stop chasing strategies that were never meant for you, and you start trusting your own rhythm (your own voice, your own way.)
That’s the point.
